The Executive and Leadership Coaching at Vendum
Executive coaching is a highly effective means of increasing job performance, achieving goals, and enhancing growth—both professionally and personally. It’s designed for executives who wish to build upon and enhance the skills that will transform them from managers into leaders.
Executive coaching is a guided process during which a professionally trained and experienced coach helps lead you, through the power of questioning and active listening, to your own conclusions. In short, executive coaching helps you achieve the successes that you want to achieve.
Vendum’s services are tailored to meet your specific goals and objectives. This refers to both the subject matter of your coaching sessions, as well as the frequency and duration of your work with Vendum. You can see what our clients are saying here.
If you wish to achieve better results for you, your team, or your company, contact vendum@vendum.is, and we’ll help you find solutions that work for you.
How does it work?
Executive coaching takes place in the context of routine sessions with a Vendum coach. The frequency and focus of the sessions are up to you, depending on the particular challenges that you are facing. During your sessions, your coach will pose challenging questions to guide you in goal setting, enhancing your strengths, and finding effective solutions. Your coach will provide you with the support, discipline, and motivation to make the changes you desire, as well as put new procedures and practices in place to help keep your momentum going. The technique is based upon a multitude of proven and effective coaching methods.
The duration of our work together will be determined by the scope of your challenges. It’s most common to meet every 2 weeks for several months. Sessions are offered face to face, over the phone, via Skype, Zoom, or Google hangouts. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
At Vendum we maintain complete confidentiality, and our coaches operate according to the strict ethical standards set forth by the International Coaching Federation, which can be downloaded here.

“Successful careers are not planned. They develop when people are prepared for opportunities because they know their strengths, their method of work, and their values. Knowing where one belongs can transform an ordinary person—hardworking and competent but otherwise mediocre—into an outstanding performer.”
