At Vendum we transform managers into leaders.  That’s exactly why we think the name “VENDUM,” which translates to “we change” in Icelandic, is rather appropriate. Sure, we are well trained to spot weaknesses, but that is not enough. Simply filling the gaps in your management skills will only keep you anchored in the same place. In order to truly sail to your next destination, we believe that you must also bolster your strengths. It is only when you operate from your strengths that you can achieve true excellence.
